The Top 10 Notorious B.I.G. Records Ever on Supreme Entertainment Sat. 3/8/08 @ 2pm EST.!

SUPREME ENTERTAINMENT BLOG TALK RADIO PRESENTS:

The Top 10 Notorious B.I.G. records ever!

If you can remember the first time you heard Ready to Die, most of you can agree that there was a time in Hip-Hop during the early to mid 90’s where the West Coast sound of DeathRow fueled by Dr. Dre & Snoop ruled the industry! Biggie’s classic debut (along with Nas with Illmatic and the Wu-Tang Clan) helped to solidify the return of East Coast Hip-Hop to prominence!

Ready to Die was packed with the chilling and haunting tales of a paranoid hustler, laced with superior lyrical wordplay and some incredibly creative styles and flows, that became the blueprint that many artist today from Lil Kim to Jay-Z have incorporated within their own unique styles as artist to garner mainstream success.

The bottom line is Big Poppa’s influence is unquestionable, and I think most would agree he’s probably the most important and revered MC out of Brooklyn since BDK (that’s Big Daddy Kane incase you didn’t know, and if you don’t know google him, cause the brotha was straight pure fire!).

One the eve of the 11 year anniversary of the death of The Notorious B.I.G., we honor his musical legacy with discussing and playing 10 of his greatest records and why the Hip-Hop world to this day will always love Big Poppa!

So join us Saturday March 8th at 2pm EST. online at Http://www.blogtalkradio.com/agsupreme and the number to call is (646) 716-8850. So tune in and help us to celebrate, remember and pay homage to one of Hip-Hop’s fallen brethren! Brooklyn, stand up!

I remember when I first Biggie rip a mic. He had that sick flow, with an even sicker demeanor. Tupac was my boy. But Biggie shined just as much as Pac did.

RIP.
